We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data via the website (e.g., health, biometric, precise geolocation) and we ask you not to submit such data.

4. How we use your information (purposes & legal bases)

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide our services

Legal basis: legal obligations; legitimate interests.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers (“processors”) who support our operations (e.g., hosting, email, productivity tools, applicant tracking, analytics). They may access personal data only to provide their services and must protect it under contract.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting, insurance) under confidentiality.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.
  • Business transfers (merger, acquisition) with appropriate safeguards.

A list of key processors is available on request.

6. International data transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom and may process personal data in other countries. When transferring personal data from the UK or the European Economic Area (EEA) to countries that do not have an adequacy decision, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses), along with any additional measures required to ensure adequate protection of your data.

No system is 100% secure; if we identify a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and/or regulators as required by law.

10. Research data (projects and surveys)

For client engagements, we commonly process data under a processor role and follow the client’s instructions and safeguards specified in the contract/DPA (including purpose, retention, and deletion). If we act as a controller (e.g., our own surveys), we provide a project-specific notice describing data categories, purpose, and retention, and we obtain consent where required.
